Minimum Qualifications Professional accounting qualification (such as CPA, ACA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent). Minimum of 10 years of post qualification experience in financial and operational accounting within a complex, multi entity global business. Demonstrated experience managing the end to end financial close cycle, including revenue, expenses, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations. Proven track record of successfully leading, coaching, and developing teams of accounting professionals.
