Key Responsibilities Lead a review of current Quinyx usage across the business and identify areas for improvement Optimise scheduling practices, workflows, and labour planning approaches Drive consistency and best practice across sites and teams Improve adoption among managers and frontline staff Work closely with stakeholders across operations, HR, and finance Translate operational challenges into practical system and process improvements Track and deliver measurable outcomes such as labour cost, efficiency, and compliance Key Requirements Proven experience working with Quinyx or similar workforce management platforms such as UKG, Kronos, or Deputy Strong understanding of workforce planning, scheduling, and labour optimisation Background in operational environments such as retail, hospitality, logistics, or healthcare Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement practical improvements quickly Confident stakeholder manager who can influence at both head office and site level Hands on and pragmatic with a clear focus on outcomes Desirable Experience improving adoption of workforce management systems after implementation Exposure to workforce analytics, forecasting, or KPI improvement Experience working in change or transformation environments
