Join some of the most innovative thinkers in investment technology as we lead the next era of financial software. If you are commercially driven, intellectually curious, and energized by the challenge of reshaping how the market thinks about technology , say Hello to SimCorp! At its foundation, SimCorp is guided by our values - caring, customer success-driven, collaborative, curious, and courageous. Our people-centered organization focuses on skills development, relationship building, and client success. We take pride in cultivating an environment where all team members can grow, feel heard, valued, and empowered. If you like what we're saying, keep reading! WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US The UK is one of SimCorp's most strategically important markets - home to some of the world's largest asset managers and asset owners, and a highly competitive environment where the right commercial leadership makes all the difference. We are at an inflection point. SimCorp One, our unified, front-to-back, cloud-native, AI-enabled investment management platform, represents a fundamental shift in how institutional investors can consolidate and modernise their operations. The UK market is ready for this story, and we need the right leader to tell it As Head of UK Sales, you will be that leader. You will own SimCorp's entire commercial performance in the region: new logo acquisition, existing client growth, team leadership, and regional sales strategy. You'll report to the Head of UKI & Northern Europe and act as SimCorp's most senior commercial voice in the UK market. Success in this role means building a high-performing sales team, growing market share across both Asset Manager and Asset Owner segments, and consistently delivering against ambitious ARR targets. WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Own all Sales ARR attainment for the UK, acting as SimCorp's senior commercial representative in the region and accountability owner for both new logo and existing customer revenue. Lead, develop, and coach a team of senior sales and account managers - setting clear expectations around quota achievement, pipeline development, territory planning, and forecast accuracy in Salesforce. Identify whitespace opportunities and competitive displacement plays. Engage directly as the senior commercial sponsor in strategic opportunities- from qualification through to close - orchestrating large virtual deal teams and building trusted C-suite relationships with target and existing clients. Provide feedback to the broader organisation on UK market trends, competitive dynamics, and client needs, and drive improvements in SimCorp's positioning and value proposition. WHAT WE VALUE Most importantly, you can see yourself contributing and thriving in the position described above. How you gained the skills needed for doing that is less important. We expect you to be good at several of the following and be able to - and interested in - learning the rest: Proven track record in large, complex, solution-based sales within Financial Services or FinTech, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Experience leading senior sales teams, with a structured approach to pipeline management, coaching, and accountability. Deep understanding of the UK investment management market - front, middle, and back office - industry trends, and competitive landscape. Strong ability to build trust and strategic relationships at CxO level, and to lead and orchestrate virtual deal teams without formal authority. Exceptional storytelling ability - to walk into a room with skeptical CxO and reframe how they think about their technology landscape; translating complex platform capabilities into compelling business outcomes.
