Our Peterborough-based client is looking for a highly organised Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their Finance team on a part-time permanent basis. This is a fully office-based role, working 18 hours per week across three days, Monday to Friday. As a Purchase Ledger Assistant, you will support the smooth running of the purchase ledger function, ensuring invoices, supplier accounts and payments are processed accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities for the Purchase Ledger Assistant Process purchase invoices and maintain supplier accounts. Match invoices to purchase orders and reconcile supplier statements.
