What We Will Be Looking For You To Demonstrate Extensive experience in pavement asset management planning and engineering, infrastructure consulting, or a related field, with a proven track record in business development and project leadership. A demonstrable experience and understanding of pavement asset management practices and theory, and business strategy. A strong expertise in ISO 55000, asset lifecycle planning, investment planning, risk-based asset management strategies and digital transformation in asset management. Broad knowledge of the Pavement-specific standards, including DMRB, MCHW and AASHTO, other international standards will also be considered. Leadership and decision making skills, with the ability to manage large-scale, high-impact projects and advise senior leadership. The capability to engage and present to clients the creative and innovative development of engineering technology, contributing to continuous improvement systems. Excellent communication skills to convey new concepts and ideas to technical and non-technical colleagues effectively, both verbally and in writing, including in presentations. Experience of working with asset data systems, including configuring or specifying EAM, CMMS and DSTs. Knowledge of Pavement-specific systems preferable.
