The successful candidate should have CNC experience and ideally within Aerospace or similar safety critical industry. As Estimating Engineer you will be responsible for: Preparation of estimates and quotations. Following up quotations. Contract Reviews to ensure adherence to customer requirements. Sales order processing. Creation of parts, BOM's and planning on the production control system. Creation of works orders, purchase orders and subcontract documentation. Placing Purchase Orders for raw material. Expediting the manufacture of parts and assemblies. Liaising with Production and Quality to provide customers with up-to-date progress information.
