Overview Sales is looking for a Chief of Staff, EMEA Sales to serve as a strategic partner and force multiplier for the SVP of Sales, driving the rhythm of the business, translating strategy into execution, and ensuring the sales organization runs with discipline and focus. Operating as an extension of the SVP, Sales EMEA, to whom this position reports, you'll combine ownership of the operating cadence with leadership of high-visibility projects and direct contributions to go-to-market (GTM) strategy across Mimecast's EMEA cybersecurity business. This is a high-visibility role with direct access to the SVP, regular exposure to the executive leadership team (ELT), and significant influence over how the division sells, grows, and scales. The position will be based in our London office with a hybrid work schedule. What You'll Do Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the SVP on strategic decisions, organizational design, resourcing, and priority trade-offs. Prepare the SVP for board meetings, ELT reviews, quarterly business reviews, and all-hands by synthesizing data, framing decisions, anticipating questions, and developing clear executive narratives. Partner with the SVP's leadership team to align priorities, remove cross-team friction, lead change management, and support recognition, engagement, organizational planning, promotion cycles, and talent reviews across a distributed sales organization. What You'll Bring Extensive experience operating with autonomy and broad organizational scope across strategy consulting, investment banking, sales or revenue operations, GTM strategy, Chief of Staff, or business operations roles. Demonstrated ability to support and influence senior sales or revenue executives; experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity is a significant advantage. A strong track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution and delivering measurable business impact. Working knowledge of sales methodologies, pipeline and forecast management, and revenue operations concepts such as MEDDIC or MEDDPICC, ARR, NRR, and pipeline coverage ratios. Meaningful experience using AI tools to create business value and an interest in helping build an AI-enabled sales intelligence and operating motion; experience with Claude would be advantageous. Executive presence and exceptional communication skills, with the ability to develop board-level narratives, advise senior leaders, and communicate credibly with frontline sellers. Sharp analytical and financial acumen, including confidence building and interrogating models, dashboards, operating plans, and executive reporting. High emotional intelligence and organizational savvy, with the ability to build trust and drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and HR without formal authority. A bias for action and structured problem-solving, with the ability to move fluidly between long-term strategy and hands-on execution in an ambiguous, fast-changing environment. Discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential and sensitive information, including organizational changes, performance matters, and M&A-adjacent topics. Experience supporting a senior sales or revenue executive at SVP or CRO level is strongly preferred; experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity is a significant advantage. The ability to commute to Mimecast's London headquarters; being based within commuting distance would be beneficial. The base salary range for this position is £124,000 - £186,000 plus benefits. This range represents the minimum and maximum new hire compensation for this role. The position may also be eligible for incentive plans and additional benefits, in accordance with company policy and local regulations. Support the integrity of CRM (HubSpot) and Kimble/Kantata records across the accounts you support. SOW & Pricing Support Provide ad-hoc support with pricing schedules for new SOWs and contracts, ensuring commercial details are correctly captured. Reporting & Financial Analysis Support Produce ad-hoc analysis and financial forecasts to provide the data needed for client discussions, utilising Power BI. Support the preparation of monthly account and client reports on behalf of the account-owning team. Permanent Full Time Hybrid Manchester area Standard 8 is recruiting a Paid Social Executive & Content Creator for an established financial services business with offices across the UK. They're putting more money into paid social and need somebody who can handle both halves of the job. Make the ads. Run the ads. Work out whether the ads have made any money. If you can shoot and edit a decent Reel but also know your way around Meta Ads Manager, audiences, lead forms, budgets and CPLs, this should be worth a chat. The job Most of the paid activity is lead generation across Facebook and Instagram. You'll build campaigns, manage audiences and budgets, set up lead forms and keep testing creative until you have a reasonably good idea of what works and what Meta has merely decided to bless this week. There's a proper content element too. You'll film and edit short-form video, create static ads and produce organic content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok. That means getting colleagues on camera, giving them enough direction to stop them staring at the lens like they've been taken hostage, and occasionally appearing in the content yourself. You'll need to keep fresh creative going into the account as well. Running the same three ads for six months and wondering why performance has fallen off a cliff isn't the plan. There's already somebody looking after paid search, so you won't suddenly discover that "Paid Social Executive" also means PPC, SEO, email marketing, website management and fixing the office printer. The numbers matter A £3 lead isn't particularly exciting if every one of them is useless. The business tracks what happens after somebody fills in a form, so you'll be able to see which campaigns are producing genuine commercial opportunities rather than simply making the dashboard look nice. That information should drive what happens next. Scale the good stuff. Test the promising stuff. Switch off the stuff that's eating budget without doing much else. You'll also provide a straightforward monthly view of performance, spend and creative. What you'll need First, we'll want to see short-form video you've personally filmed and edited . Not something where you "contributed to the creative process". Something you actually made. You'll also need hands-on experience running Meta lead-generation campaigns and be comfortable managing campaigns yourself. Ideally, you'll have dealt with £8k+ monthly paid social budgets . More important than the number, though, is knowing what to do when performance starts moving in the wrong direction. You'll be comfortable producing both video and static creative, using Premiere Pro, Canva or whatever tools allow you to get good work out without spending three days choosing a transition. You should understand testing, optimisation and performance data, and be able to write clearly and accurately. Experience with TikTok Ads or LinkedIn Ads would be desriable. Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversions API, attribution and lead-form integrations would be even better. And because this is financial services, experience in a regulated business would certainly help. You'll already understand that occasionally somebody from compliance will have opinions about your copy. It isn't essential, though. In short This isn't a content job where somebody else worries about performance. And it isn't a performance job where somebody drops a folder of finished creative onto your desk every Monday morning. They need somebody who can create, launch, test, learn and improve . If you're good at making paid social look good and making the numbers stack up, Standard 8 would like to hear from you.

About Us Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world's best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar. Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes. 1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We've scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview. We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law. Joining Legora means three things. We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions. We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback. We grow together: as a team and with our customers. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you're driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. This is the most senior seat on the advisory ladder and the person our largest clients trust when it matters most. In legal AI, that trust is hard won: matters run to fixed dates, data is privileged, and clients hold Legora to the same standard of care they apply to their own work. Part technical advisor, part incident lead, part operating model owner, you hold the technical health of Legora's most complex client relationships and define the playbook the whole function runs on. What you'll do Own the relationship: Hold the technical health and escalation outcomes for our Strategic Accounts, serving as their primary point of escalation and continuity, and read usage and adoption signals to get ahead of risk. Lead in a crisis: Act as incident lead on Sev1 and Sev2 events, owning coordination, customer communication, and the path to resolution. Drive post incident reviews as trust building artifacts and product feedback loops, not just process checkboxes. Set the standard: Define and own the escalation criteria, account health model, and cross team interfaces the function runs on. Build mechanisms that make the team consistent and not dependent on individual heroics. Own the Technical Blueprint: Maintain the single source of truth for each account, including data setup, integrations, security and legal considerations, and workflow context. Carry technical context from implementation into the live relationship so nothing is lost in the handoff and the whole account team can rely on it. Drive adoption and enablement: Run technical reviews and enablement sessions that deepen product usage, unlock new value, and keep customers current on the platform. Partner proactively: Work with Engagement Managers (CSM function) on Quarterly Business Reviews that tie technical health to business outcomes. Coordinate escalations: Align the Platform Consultants and the Technical Platform Expert around a single resolution path, holding customer facing ownership while technical root cause is driven in parallel. Stay close to the signal: Own the highest stakes cases in the L2 queue for your assigned Strategic Accounts, and serve as the escalation point for Platform Consultants before an issue reaches the Technical Platform Expert, so you stay close to the ground truth of each account's technical health. What you bring You have owned strategic, high value B2B accounts and kept clients confident when things went wrong. You have led incident response or major escalations under pressure, start to finish. You communicate with executives as clearly as with engineers: confirmed facts, explicit trade offs, named owners, and no speculation presented as certainty. You build frameworks, not workarounds, and you raise the bar for everyone around you. A background in legal AI, legal tech, or a regulated professional services domain is a strong plus. What's in it for you Global collaboration: Partner with teams and clients across regions, on work that crosses every major legal market. Meaningful work: Your work shapes how the world's leading legal teams adopt AI day to day. Competitive package: Comprehensive salary, benefits, and the tools to do your best work. In person environment: A workspace built for ambitious builders. Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience. We're proud to be an equal opportunity employer and committed to creating an inclusive, high performance culture where everyone can do their best work. We welcome people of all backgrounds and don't discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
