Job Description

This role delivers multi-channel fundraising campaigns that recruit, retain and engage supporters across appeals, in-memory giving, legacies and gaming products. Working with internal teams and external agencies, you'll use data, insight and project management skills to optimise campaigns, improve supporter journeys and maximise fundraising income.

Description

Plan and deliver multi-channel fundraising campaigns across digital and offline channels

Support donor acquisition, retention and development activities

Manage supporter journeys to increase engagement and lifetime value

Coordinate campaigns with internal teams, agencies and suppliers

Monitor campaign performance and provide insight-led recommendations

Manage budgets, expenditure and campaign reporting

Ensure fundraising activities comply with relevant regulations and guidelines

Support continuous improvement through testing, learning and optimisation initiatives

Profile

Experience in direct marketing, fundraising or campaign delivery

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet competing deadlines

Strong copywriting skills across a range of channels and audiences

Experience using data and campaign results to inform future activity

Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills

Understanding of supporter acquisition, retention and engagement principles

Strong organisational skills with a proactive and results-focused approach

Numerate, detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality supporter experiences

Job Offer

Salary between 30,000 and 34,000 per year, dependent on the level of experience.

Permanent position based in London - 3 days in the office (Hybrid)
