Architecture, Quality & Engineering Excellence: Establish and maintain software engineering standards, processes and governance. Ensure appropriate architectural oversight across software products and technology platforms. Champion best practices in software design, testing, configuration management and release management. Drive continuous improvement in software quality, reliability, safety and security. Promote the adoption of automated testing, CI/CD, DevOps and modern software development practices. Manage technical debt and ensure long-term maintainability of software products and frameworks. People Leadership: Lead, coach, mentor and develop the Software Engineering team and individuals technical growth. Data and Analytics Project Manager Start date - 1st of September 600 per day - Inside IR35 Site address - Stevenage in Hertfordshire (min. once a week) Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning and delivery of a Microsoft Fabric / Power BI data platform, ensuring scope, timelines, budget and quality are controlled through to completion. Manage delivery of the end-to-end reporting pipeline from Salesforce into the Fabric-based data platform (ingestion, modelling/semantic layer alignment, refresh and reporting readiness). Manage a CRM (e.g., Zoho) to Salesforce data migration including data mapping, cleansing, migration planning, cutover approach, reconciliation and business sign-off. Drive project structure, governance, RAID, decision logs and clear reporting (Programme/working groups), ensuring escalation routes are effective.
