The Individual Giving team is a part of the wider Mass Engagement department, and you will play a pivot role in helping the department to reach and exceed their target of over £23 million income, so that Mind can fight for timely access to great quality care for all. Hybrid working: Based in either our London or Cardiff offices with a hybrid working arrangement. Employees are expected to attend the office 2 days per week, with flexibility depending on business needs. About you We'd like to hear from you if you have -Experience in planning, delivering and evaluating multi-channel marketing and fundraising campaigns, managing timelines, budgets, and multiple stakeholders to meet targets; with a track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs. -Experience in planning and evaluating annual fundraising product strategies and contributing to longer-term strategic planning. -Strong analytical skills with experience using data and insight to optimise campaigns or stewardship strategies to improve performance and strengthen loyalty and trust. -Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to build strong relationships internally and externally with suppliers, agencies, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality supporter experience and achieve goals. -Experience managing and reforecasting one-year budgets for assigned activities and campaigns, identifying risks and mitigations. -Experience of line management, including regular supervision, delegation and supporting performance and development.
