Oversee the end-to-end product proposition (such as features, criteria and affordability) in partnership with Credit Risk, Sales, Operations and Marketing colleagues. Monitor sales performance and pipeline conversion, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and customer outcomes. Lead product reviews, identifying key risks and opportunities. Bring deep market insight (competitors, customer needs, regulation) and turn this into actionable improvements. Own our approach to fair value, fees and charges. Shape customer communications and retention strategies. Collaborate with Pricing to influence overall pricing strategy.
