Head of Treasury - 6 month FTC

Location: Stratford, London (expect significant home-working)

Salary: £65,000 - £70,000

Duration: 6 month fixed term contract

Closing date: 15th October

We're looking for a qualified and experienced Treasurer to join us on a 6 month fixed term contract.

• Devise and implement Treasury procedures and policies
• Work with the Finance Director to define a Treasury strategy
• Create suitable policies and procedures for all Treasury functions
• Ensure that a comprehensive Treasury manual is in place
• Review the robustness of existing controls to mitigate risk and report deficiencies
• Develop liquidity, investment and cash flow reporting to stakeholders
• Devise and embed procedures to manage the new £150m loan facility
• Line manage and lead the Treasury Analyst, overseeing duties such as daily cash management routines, reporting on liquidity, reviewing forex exposure, managing exposure, reviewing bank charges, and bank signatory and mandate maintenance

• Qualified Treasurer with experience in a similar role
• Detailed working knowledge of a well run Treasury function
• Extensive experience managing a Treasury function
• Demonstrable ability to work autonomously and be part of the broader team
• Excellent time management and organisational ability
• High level of attention to detail
• Significant experience working as part of a team and communicating with multiple parties
