• Acting for landlords and tenants on the grant of new leases
• Lease renewals and re gears
• Portfolio management work
• Supporting on acquisitions and disposals with a strong asset management focus
• Providing strategic, commercially minded advice to clients
• Managing your own files while working closely with senior lawyers on more complex transactions

• 3+ years' PQE in Commercial Property
• Strong landlord and tenant experience
• Comfortable managing matters with minimal supervision
• Commercially aware with strong client care skills
• Keen to get involved in business development
