Apprentice Lettings Consultant
Full time, permanent position located in Wakefield. Standard workweek of 38.75 hours: Monday Thursday 9:00 5:30, Friday 9:00 5:00, alternate Saturdays 9:30 1:00.
Responsibilities
- Respond to all enquiries (face to face, telephone, electronic) and make appointments to maximise opportunities and meet branch targets.
- Register applicants and encourage viewings of potential property matches while encouraging landlords to use the full range of services.
- Receive full training to understand and comply with regulations surrounding lettings.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience delivering excellent customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and keen attention to detail.
- Self motivated and organised.
