Financial Adviser
East Midlands (Leicestershire / Derby / Lincoln focus)
£55,000 - £75,000 DOE + Uncapped Bonus + Car Allowance
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast-growing, PE-backed Financial Planning and award-winning firm.
Operating on an unrestricted employed model, this role offers genuine autonomy alongside the support, infrastructure, and lead flow of a high-performing national business.
The Role
You'll take ownership of an existing client bank (c.100-150 clients) while continuing to grow your portfolio through a combination of:
- Internal referrals and stakeholder relationships
- Inbound leads
- Self-generated business across the Midlands and beyond
A key part of your success will be your ability to build trusted relationships with senior internal teams to unlock referral opportunities, alongside delivering a high-quality client experience that drives retention and growth.
About You
- Level 4 Diploma qualified (Chartered status preferred)
- 10-20 years' experience within Financial Advice
- Proven track record of converting leads and growing a client bank
- Comfortable managing client portfolios of 100-150+ clients
- Proactive, commercially driven, and self-motivated
- Strong client feedback and references
- Experience in Employee Benefits is advantageous (not essential)
- Willingness to travel across the Midlands, Home Counties, and London
