Location: Widmer End, Buckinghamshire
Contract: Part-time & Full-time opportunities available
Salary: £34,398 £52,490 per year (MPS/UPS)

Are you a passionate and nurturing Key Stage 1 Teacher looking for a rewarding role in a supportive primary school? Supply Desk is working with a welcoming and forward-thinking school in Widmer End, seeking an enthusiastic KS1 teacher to join their team on either a part-time or full-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping young learners academic, social, and emotional development during a crucial stage of their education.
About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality teaching across Key Stage 1, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to succeed. Working closely with colleagues, you will help deliver a creative curriculum that encourages curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging KS1 lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Creating a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
- Assessing, tracking, and supporting pupil progress
- Supporting pupils wellbeing and personal development
- Working collaboratively with staff and communicating effectively with parents and carers
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Be a creative, reflective, and enthusiastic KS1 practitioner
- Demonstrate calm and positive behaviour management strategies
- Be passionate about supporting pupils academic and emotional development
- Have high expectations for all learners
- Be an excellent communicator and team player
- Hold QTS (ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply)
