Are you passionate about improving teaching, learning and progression for young people with SEND? At Pinc College, we are building a national model of innovative specialist education - and we are looking for a strategic and hands-on quality leader to join us as Quality of Curriculum and Outcomes Lead to help us shape it.
About Pinc
Pinc is an Independent Specialist College offering an inspiring and impactful approach to education and pathways into employment for neurodivergent young people, aged 16-24 years. Through creative study programmes based in galleries, museums and cultural venues across England and Wales, we help students develop confidence, skills and pathways into further education, higher education and meaningful careers.

As Quality of Curriculum and Outcomes Lead, you will play a pivotal national role in driving excellence across all Pinc College programmes. You will ensure high-quality curriculum design, teaching practice and student outcomes across the organisation, working closely with campus teams, leaders and external stakeholders.
This is both a strategic and operational role, combining quality assurance, curriculum leadership, data analysis and staff development to ensure consistently high standards across all provision.
