Prep Room Operative

CSS are looking for a Prep Room Operative
Location: Downham Market, Norfolk

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 7am/8am starts until finish
• Occasional Saturdays and Bank Holidays

Duties Include

• Preparing fresh produce (trimming, peeling, slicing)
• Operating knives and prep machinery
• Maintaining hygiene standards
• Meeting daily production targets

Working Environment

• Chilled/refrigerated environment
• Heavy lifting involved

Requirements

• Good attention to detail and ability to work quickly
• Knife skills preferred
• Team player
• No jewellery, piercings, false nails, false lashes, or nail varnish permitted

Pay Rate

• 12.71 per hour
