Vaccine Account Executive

Location- Ashby (Leicestershire)

• Deliver exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound customer interactions
• Drive sales of the influenza vaccine portfolio within Primary Care
• Support and coordinate field-based sales orders and activities
• Manage stock scheduling and customer delivery expectations

• Handle customer calls, emails, enquiries, complaints, and product information requests
• Promote Seqirus products and services to maximise sales opportunities
• Analyse customer accounts to identify needs and generate sales leads
• Arrange meetings and gather market/customer insights when required

• Degree educated in life sciences, business, or related field
• Strong IT, written, and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to achieve business targets and deliver customer service
