With a strong reputation in the industry and ambitious growth plans, we are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Agent to help drive sales, support customers, and represent the Purity brand with energy and passion.

The Role

As a Telesales Agent, you'll play a key role in maintaining and growing customer relationships, promoting products, and supporting the wider sales function.

You'll be speaking with customers daily, identifying opportunities, managing orders, and helping deliver an excellent customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building relationships with pubs, bars, retailers, and trade customers
• Making outbound sales calls to existing and prospective customers
• Promoting new products, seasonal releases, and promotions
• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Identifying opportunities to increase sales and grow accounts
• Supporting the external sales team with leads and account activity
• Delivering excellent customer service and product knowledge

What We're Looking For

• Previous telesales, sales, customer service, or account management experience
• Confident communication skills and a professional phone manner
• Positive, target-driven attitude with strong motivation
• Excellent relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in craft beer, hospitality, or the drinks industry is desirable
