As the brewery continues to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Telesales Agent to support our customers and help drive sales growth.

The Role

As a Telesales Agent, you'll be speaking with customers daily, building strong relationships, promoting products, and helping maximise sales opportunities across the business.

This is a fast-paced role where you'll work closely with both customers and internal teams to deliver excellent service and support.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building strong relationships with pubs, bars, retailers, and trade customers
• Making outbound sales calls to existing and prospective customers
• Promoting new beers, seasonal products, and brewery promotions
• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Identifying opportunities to increase sales and grow accounts
• Supporting the wider sales team with customer activity and leads
• Delivering excellent customer service and product knowledge

What We're Looking For

• Previous telesales, sales, customer service, or account management experience
• A confident and professional telephone manner
• Positive attitude with a target-driven mindset
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Interest in beer, hospitality, or the drinks industry is advantageous
