You'll handle a broad and stimulating caseload of Commercial Property matters, working with a diverse client base and playing a key role in the continued growth of the department. Typical work includes:

• Commercial property sales and purchases
• Commercial leases (acting for both landlord and tenant)
• Assignments and lease surrenders
• SIPP purchases with leasebacks
• Option agreements (acting for both owner and developer)
• Residential lease extensions & collective enfranchisement
• Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Supporting business development and spotting new opportunities
• Working collaboratively to achieve team KPIs and targets
