Location: Fully Remote

Salary: Up to £40,000 + Benefits

Job Type: Full-Time Permanent

A boutique Wealth Management firm is looking to appoint an experienced Paraplanner to join its growing team on a fully remote basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong individual with experience supporting Financial Advisers within a Financial Planning environment who is looking for flexibility, autonomy, and long-term career development.

The Role

Working closely with Financial Advisers, you will provide high-quality technical and administrative support across all aspects of the financial planning process.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing suitability reports and recommendation letters
  • Conducting research across pensions, investments, and protection products
  • Assisting Advisers in developing financial planning strategies for clients
  • Analysing client information and preparing cashflow modelling where required
  • Liaising with providers and third parties to obtain information and progress cases
  • Supporting the end-to-end advice process and ensuring files are fully compliant
  • Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
  • Assisting with annual reviews and ongoing servicing requirements
About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience working as a Paraplanner within a Financial Planning or Wealth Management environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, and protection products
  • Experience preparing suitability reports
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • The ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
  • Progress towards or completion of Level 4 Diploma qualifications would be advantageous
