Residential Property Solicitor

We have a great opportunity available for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a respected, supportive law firm in Ipswich. You'll manage a high-quality caseload of freehold and leasehold sales/purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, new-build work, and post-completion matters.

Residential Property Solicitor Responsibilities

• Handle your own residential conveyancing files
• Draft/review contracts, reports, and legal documents
• Manage enquiries, searches, exchange, completion & HMLR
• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and solicitors
• Support client relationships and team growth

Residential Property Solicitor Requirements

• UK-qualified Solicitor
• Some residential property experience in a UK law firm
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Able to manage files independently
• Highly organised and client-focused
• Able to work full-time from the Ipswich office

Residential Property Solicitor Benefits

• Salary around £51,000 (DOE)
