Production Operatives - Temp to Perm Opportunities

Kidlington £12.71 - £15.00 per hour Days, Late & Night Shifts Available Temporary to Permanent Opportunities

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives on behalf of our client based in Kidlington. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing manufacturing business offering long-term career prospects and permanent opportunities for the right candidates.

Duties Will Include
  • Working on a fast-paced production line
  • Assembling and packaging products
  • Operating machinery and equipment
  • Quality checking finished products
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Following health & safety procedures at all times
What We're Looking For
  • Previous production or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Reliable and hardworking attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and develop within the role
