Key Responsibilities: Operating woodworking machinery safely and efficiently Working with saws, presses, belt sanders, and edgebanders Checking product quality and maintaining high standards Following health & safety procedures at all times Supporting the wider production team where required
Desired Skills & Experience: Previous manufacturing or industrial machine operative experience Joinery or woodworking knowledge advantageous Good attention to detail Strong work ethic and reliability Eagerness to learn new machinery and processes
