Interior Architect

An Interior Architect job is available in South West London with a luxury residential developer working across UK and international projects. The role suits an experienced designer with strong technical ability, material knowledge, and a detailed approach to high-end residential interiors, including restoration and contemporary wellness spaces connected to a historic listed building.

• Produce spatial layouts and interior elevations
• Prepare detailed technical drawing packages
• Create finish specifications and schedules
• Coordinate information across project stages
• Design bespoke interior architectural elements

The role includes collaboration with internal teams, consultants, and skilled craftsmen on large private residential projects in the UK and overseas.

• At least 5 years in luxury residential interiors
• Strong technical and detailing ability
• Knowledge of classic and contemporary interiors
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite
• Confident coordinating project information

Applicants should have strong material awareness, experience producing detailed specifications, and the ability to support both standalone and larger residential projects.

• 45,000 - 55,000
• 20 days holiday plus Christmas closure and bank holidays
• International project exposure
