  • Bonus: Up to £18,000 (paid quarterly)

As Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role from the very beginning-shaping the vision, culture and foundations of a home designed to deliver exceptional, child-centred care.

You'll be supported at every stage, from registration through to opening, working with experienced central teams to ensure the home is fully compliant, well-resourced and ready from day one. From building your team to embedding therapeutic practice and preparing for Ofsted, this is your opportunity to create something meaningful and lasting.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in residential childcare
  • At least 2 years' experience managing/supervising staff
  • NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People's Workforce
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (England)
  • Proven track record of achieving "Good" or "Outstanding" Ofsted ratings
