The role will be heavily involved in organising events and pops in the London office whilst supporting Senior Workplace Management with administrative tasks. The role will help drive our visitor management programme and be operationally accountable for our wellbeing, charitable activities and internal events. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the organization. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost professionalism and discretion. The Service Delivery Coordinator will ensure maximised quality of distribution service by actively reviewing, auditing, measuring and tracking all data and processes applied across our end to end Operations to improve the accuracy of distributions to members and customers.
