Residential Conveyancing Lawyer (2 PQE +) x3 - Central London Role summary A modern property law firm in central London are actively looking to recruit 2-3 qualified Residential Conveyancing Lawyers (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive) to join in either spring or summer 2026. Joining an established and busy practice, you will handle your own caseload (80-100 files) with the support of your own designated Paralegal as part of a team. This will include advising on: sales and purchases (on both freehold and leasehold properties), transfer of equity and remortgages. The role is based in the City of London. Office attendance is required 1-2 days per week. This is a full time position. The law firm in question are forward thinking and very modern. Although the caseload volume is higher this law firm provide excellent administration support to enable their Lawyers to focus on the technical element of conveyancing transactions.
