ARE YOU PASSIONATE ABOUT PEOPLE AND PROCESSES?We are seeking an experienced HR & Recruitment Administrator to provide comprehensive support across HR and recruitment, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant people processes.
PAY & BENEFITS37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. This is a Fixed Term position until July 2027.
WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVESJoin our team and play a key role in keeping our HR function running smoothly. From welcoming new starters to supporting company-wide initiatives, you'll be at the heart of the employee experience.
You will join a small team and take on a varied and rewarding role, providing comprehensive administrative support across HR and recruitment. You'll ensure processes are delivered efficiently, compliantly and in line with best practice.
Your responsibilities will cover the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, HR systems administration, responding to and escalating HR queries, taking accurate meeting notes, onboarding, drafting correspondence, fleet administration, training administration, and supporting HR reporting. You'll also contribute to a variety of HR projects and initiatives.
