This full-time, temporary post offers an excellent opportunity to work within the standalone Unpaid Work Sentence Management Team in Leicestershire. Liaise with Unpaid Work operational teams and partner agencies to support rehabilitation. Contribute to public protection and multi-agency risk management processes. Essential Requirements: Experienced Probation Services Officer - essential. Proven experience managing probation caseloads and offender supervision. Strong understanding of sentence management and enforcement processes. Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively. Proficient in NDelius or other probation case management systems.
