Read more here. About the Role We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of our NODE platform, enabling seamless crypto trading experiences for institutional clients. This is a hands on, cross functional role that will have direct impact. You will work closely with engineers, designers, core developers, and stakeholders across the business to define, build, and ship a secure, scalable, and high performance trading platform. Key Responsibilities: Own the product lifecycle of our Single Dealer Platform. Translate business needs into detailed product requirements and technical specifications. Manage the engineering team's roadmap, sprints, and deliverables using Agile methodologies. Collaborate with developers, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with best practices. Ensure integration with market data feeds and execution systems using FIX protocol. Contribute to architectural discussions and design reviews. Uphold cybersecurity standards in coordination with security consultants. Leverage AWS infrastructure for deploying, monitoring, and scaling platform components. Use Python scripts for automation, prototyping, and light data analysis when needed. Track KPIs and gather user feedback to iterate and improve product functionality and performance. Maintain a focus on system latency, ensuring low latency execution pathways and minimizing delays across the platform. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in a technical Product Manager role, ideally in fintech, crypto, or capital markets. Strong technical background - able to engage deeply with engineers on system design and infrastructure. Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, identity/access management, and secure APIs. Experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch). Proficiency in Python scripting for basic automation or data parsing tasks. Awareness of latency critical systems and the ability to make trade offs between speed, scalability, and reliability. Experience managing full stack product development with a focus on scalability and performance. Excellent communication and documentation skills, especially when bridging technical and business perspectives. Nice to have: Solid understanding and hands on experience with the FIX protocol and electronic trading systems. Prior experience in building trading platforms or single dealer platforms. Working knowledge of public and private networking concepts, including firewalls, VPNs, VPCs, subnets, and routing in cloud and hybrid environments. Windows Engineer Responsibilities Daily operational "break/fix" duties while working primarily out of a ticketing-based system with a large focus on Windows Server operating systems and their related Roles, Features, and components/infrastructure. Analyze, and support highly complex, enterprise-level Active Directory Services in hybrid, on-premises, and cloud hosted environments. Manage enterprise identity cloud directories including Microsoft Azure AD, AWS, Microsoft AD, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Analyze current Directory Services environments to identify both technical and operational opportunities and develop continuous improvement action plans. Develop detailed knowledge based articles, standards, design, and implementation of documentation. Routine engagement with multiple other technical teams including Networking, Security, Database, Process Management, and Customer Relations personnel. Related Work Experience Troubleshooting all operating system related issues including, but not limited to, performance, system health, and system security. Managing multiple Active Directory Domains and Forests in disparate environments. Managing Active Directory Groups, Users, Services, and Computer Accounts. Group Policy Management (planning, implementing, and troubleshooting). Managing Active Directory Certificate Services / PKI Supporting O365 migration. (Technical understanding and working knowledge of M365 platforms) Supporting Azure, OCI and AWS migrations. Supporting Azure EntraID and AD Connect Supporting Active Directory Lightweight Directory Services, ADFS, SSO. Supporting upgrades and routine troubleshooting of Windows Server operating systems including security remediations. Disaster Recovery execution, coordination, and creation of related documentation. Strict Change Control, Incident, and Problem resolution based of ITIL methodology. Working knowledge and utilising AI based tooling for cloud assessments, infrastructure improvements and data capturing. Professional engagement with clients to discuss Infrastructure related changes or improvements to environments. After hours on call rotation required to ensure support for UK strategic clients. Desirable Extensive understanding and hands on experience of hybrid cloud deployments including management of virtual servers, resources, networking, storage and hypervisors.
