This position will be working out of client sites near Cheltenham. Your future duties and responsibilities Are you passionate about cutting-edge infrastructure and cloud-native technologies? We're looking for a proactive and skilled OpenShift Infrastructure Engineer to become a key member of our dynamic and expanding infrastructure team. In this exciting role, you'll take the lead in designing, deploying, and managing enterprise-grade containerised environments-leveraging technologies like OpenShift, Kubernetes, and OpenStack. Your expertise will help us build robust, scalable, and secure platforms that power critical applications across our business. What You'll Be Doing: • Architecting and implementing high-performance container infrastructure using OpenShift and Kubernetes. • Automating infrastructure deployment and operations using modern tools and scripting languages. • Ensuring platform performance, scalability, security, and availability meet the highest standards. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve DevOps capabilities. Required qualifications to be successful in this role • Hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift, OpenStack, and Kubernetes in production environments. • Proficiency in infrastructure automation and scripting (e.g., Ansible, Bash, Python, or similar). • A strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native principles, and secure platform operations. • A self-starter mindset with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
