We're looking for a hands on Lead Developer to shape our engineering direction and guide a talented development team. About you Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Developer, with strong hands on expertise in Azure Functions (C#), event driven design, and serverless architectures Technical capability across: Designing, developing, and deploying scalable, maintainable software solutions Building Azure Logic Apps, workflows, connectors, and enterprise integrations Core Azure services including Service Bus, Key Vault, Storage, API Management, Front Door/Application Gateway, VNETs, Subnets, and IAM Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform and/or Terragrunt) Git/GitFlow using GitHub or Azure DevOps, and modern CI/CD practices Cloud testing approaches, including automated and integration testing Working within enterprise level software environments Coaching and mentoring - demonstrable experience of providing guidance, coaching and mentoring supporting a team of developers Project Delivery - experience of working across product owners, test teams and cross functional project teams to ensure successful delivery Collaboration and stakeholder management - experience of collaborating across different stakeholder groups Communication skills - effective communication skills If your past experience doesn't match perfectly with every requirement of the job description, we still encourage you to apply.
