Tax Senior

Huntingdon (initially office-based, with long-term remote potential)

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Tax Senior to join a friendly and well-established team. The role offers a varied mix of compliance and advisory work, with plenty of client interaction and the chance to take real ownership of your portfolio.

There will be an initial period of office-based working to support integration into the team, with a clear pathway towards more remote working over time.

• Managing a portfolio of personal and/or corporate tax clients
• Preparing and reviewing tax returns and computations
• Supporting on advisory work, including tax planning and structuring
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Liaising with HMRC on client matters
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and add value

• ATT / ACA / CTA qualified (or qualified by experience)
• A minimum of 5 years' experience working in a tax role within an accountancy practice
• Strong background across compliance, with some exposure to advisory work
• Comfortable managing your own workload and client relationships
• Able to communicate technical matters clearly and practically
• Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
