Our client is a well-established and forward-thinking organisation looking to recruit a Procurement & Fleet Specialist to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with procurement experience and strong IT skills who is keen to play a key role in improving systems, driving efficiencies, and supporting fleet operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing procurement activities, including sourcing and supplier coordination
Supporting fleet operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day administration
Identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems, and workflows
Driving automation initiatives (e.g., reducing manual tasks through system solutions)
Working with tools such as Continuum, Light, and Excel to manage data and reporting
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity across systems
Collaborating with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and fleet functions
You will ideally have:
Previous experience within a procurement or purchasing role
Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel and systems usage
A proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes and efficiency
Experience identifying and implementing automation or system improvements
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
A willingness to learn and develop within fleet management
