The Coniston Hotel Country Estate & Spa is seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the leadership of our dynamic and growing F&B department.
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operation of our diverse food and beverage offering. This includes The View Restaurant & MacLeod's Bar & Lounge,

£34,000 per year + service charge (up to £2,500/year) + performance related bonus
