We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to support the Contract Delivery Manager in the Arb Utility division at Ground Control across the Milton Keynes area.
What you'll do:You will be responsible for managing the operation for an assigned programme of tree works around power lines and pylons in the Milton Keynes area. You will take responsibility for driving the programme delivery for both self, contract KPI targets and our tree cutting teams.
This is a field-based role with approximately 3/4 days in the field and 1/2 days based at home. You will need a driving licence as you will be driving to rural locations on a regular basis.
You will ensure work is completed to the highest possible standards in terms of safety, environment, quality, customer service and profitability. Drive consistency and innovation through everything you do to ensure Ground Control are the best at what we do!
Key Responsibilities:This a great role for someone with basic field-based experience who wants to progress in their career.
What we're looking for?You could have experience within the Arb industry but we would also be interested to hear from field-based Surveyors or Installation Engineers or ex Armed forces who are looking for a change of industry.
Any tree or horticulture related experience from a practical or project management perspective would be a benefit but if definitely not essential
