• Lead the development and improvement of the Works Management System
• Ensure systems are well designed and fit for purpose
• Support the implementation and rollout of new systems, including user readiness and training
• Manage system upgrades and migrations, ensuring data is accurate and secure
• Work with operational teams to understand requirements and deliver practical system solutions
• Deliver clear reporting and reliable data to support performance and decision making
• Improve how data is used to drive efficiency and better outcomes
• Reduce manual effort, duplication, and workarounds through better system use
