Site Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor required in the Midlands for a leading contractor, supporting major social housing projects. Immediate start available with strong career progression opportunities.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established contractor delivering high-volume planned maintenance works across a long-term social housing framework. You'll be joining a busy, supportive commercial team with real exposure to large-scale projects and the chance to progress your career.

• Supporting the Project Surveyor as a Quantity Surveyor across planned maintenance works in the Midlands region
• Managing applications for payment and assisting with commercial reporting on social housing projects in Wolverhampton, Stoke and surrounding areas
• Pricing and agreeing variations with subcontractors and liaising with the client to secure approvals
• Supporting cost control and budget management across kitchen, bathroom, roofing and retrofit programmes
• Working closely with the site and delivery teams as a Quantity Surveyor to ensure projects are delivered efficiently across the Midlands portfolio

• Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor within social housing, refurbishment or planned maintenance in the Midlands
• Strong knowledge of applications, valuations and variations as a Quantity Surveyor within a live project environment
• Background working with contractors or main contractors in the Midlands region
• Commercially aware Quantity Surveyor with the ability to manage multiple work streams across high-volume projects
• Degree qualified or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management (preferred)
