You'll be leading a small crew on daily refuse and recycling rounds-driving, supporting loaders, and making sure collections are completed safely and efficiently.

• Driving LGV vehicles on set routes
• Supervising and supporting your team
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks
• Ensuring health & safety standards are met
• Working closely with supervisors to keep operations running smoothly

• LGV Category C licence
• Driver Qualification Card (DQC)
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Reliable, team-focused attitude
