Internal Sales

Location: Greater Manchester

Salary: Up to £33,000 DOE + Generous Bonus

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Simon Acres Group LTD are representing a well established and successful Plumbers Merchant. This is an exciting role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to be a part of a highly successful branch, driving its growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection and inquiries.
  • Accurately process sales transactions and manage account-related queries.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Entertain customers (Weekend potential)
  • Promote new products, special offers, and seasonal promotions.
  • Handle telephone and email inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in the warehouse as required.
  • Assist with deliveries as required.

Requirements / Skills:

  • Previous experience in a plumbers environment is preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing and heating products is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using sales and inventory management software.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
