We're working with a well-established, growing precision engineering business that is investing heavily in brand-new CNC machines, latest software and long-term capability.
Due to continued growth, they are looking for multiple CNC Machinists across both Milling and Turning, offering flexibility on shift patterns and career progression.
Whether you're a Setter Operator, Programmer or Team Leader, there is a position available to match your experience and ambitions.

• Team Leader - Machining Department (Nights)
The Role
• Setting, operating and (where applicable) programming CNC machines
• Working on either CNC Milling (3, 4 & 5-axis) OR CNC Turning (CNC Lathes)
• Producing complex, high-precision components
• Working from detailed engineering drawings
• Proving out programs, tooling and machining processes
• Machining a range of materials including aluminium, steels, titanium, super alloys and plastics
• Supporting continuous improvement across the machining department

What you'll get

What they're looking for
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a CNC Machinist
• Background in CNC Milling OR CNC Turning
• Strong setting and operating experience
• Programming experience advantageous (role dependent)
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• 5-axis experience (essential for Milling roles)
• Proactive, quality-focused and reliable
For Team Leader role:
• Experience supporting or leading machinists
• Ability to coordinate workflow and maintain standards
Working Hours
Days:
Monday to Friday - 08:00 to 16:00
Nights:
Monday to Thursday - 17:00 to 05:00
Overtime:
Regular overtime available (5-10 hours per week)
Paid at x1.5 on both shifts
