Real Estate Lawyer 3-6 PQE

Leading Scottish law firm are looking to hire a Real Estate lawyer, with circa 3-6 years PQE to join their highly success Property team based in Glasgow.

Candidate Requirements:

• Excellent, in-depth, technical expertise in commercial property.
• Excellent knowledge of the practice of property transactions.
• Capable of leading matters/transactions without supervision.
• Experience in commercial leasing transactions would be a benefit but is not essential.
• Provide clients with clear, concise, pragmatic, commercial legal advice and guidance.
• Be able to build strong relationships at all levels with the client.
• Successfully supervises and delegates work to more junior colleagues.
