Internal Sales

Internal Sales Role responsible for progressing enquiries, liaising with clients regarding sales opportunities. Liaising with other sales colleagues and representatives to ensure all leads are followed up.

• Quotations, Sales and Purchasing
• Taking orders via phone and email
• Placing orders with suppliers and buying at the best rate possible
• Adjusting the selling price accordingly, different to each client
• Chasing outstanding quotes
• Trying to meet monthly turnover targets
• Monitoring daily turnover
• Letting clients when they will be receiving their orders
• Maintaining various excel and SAGE spreadsheets

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Word, Excel & SAGE Line 50
• Good organisation skills
• Purchasing experience
• Engineering or Technical background preferred
