As part of the IT Services Team, the IT Helpdesk Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support on Dimensions IT systems by phone, email and remote support as part of the IT Helpdesk Team.
It would be an advantage if you have experience of Multi Factor Authentication. (MFA).
