Salary: £60,000

Shift: 12 Hour Days and Nights

Job Role of the Maintenance Team Leader.

An Excellent opportunity has become available for a experienced and qualified Maintenance Team Leader to work for a FMCG Manufacturing company. The Maintenance Team Leader will be involved in managing a team of 3 engineers on shift whilst also be involved in the hands on maintenance and running of machinery. The Maintenance Team Leader will be working in a automated factory with lots of opportunities to learn and develop skills.

You will be responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance, fault-finding, and planned preventative maintenance on a range of automated and semi-automated production machinery, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency.

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Maintenance Team Leader

• Electrical Engineering Qualification
• Experience in a Leadership or Supervisory role
• Hands on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in fast paced industrial factory.

Requirements for the Maintenance Team Leader

• Experience in managing a team of engineers
• Recognised electrical engineering qualification.
• Apprentice Trained
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.

Desirable Requirements for the Maintenance Team Leader.

• Experience working as Maintenance Team Leader in the UK.
