Shillito Group is recruiting experienced CNC Setters/Operators for a well established precision engineering business in Sheffield.
If you're confident setting and running CNC machines, this is a solid opportunity in a stable, well-run environment.
The Role
- Set and operate CNC machines
- Work with Fanuc controls
- Machine components to tight tolerances from engineering drawings
- Carry out tooling changes, offsets, first-offs, and quality checks
- Keep machines running efficiently and maintain high standards

- Rotating Days & Nights
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a CNC Setter/Operator
- Confident working with CNC machinery in a production environment
- Able to read engineering drawings and work to precision standards
