This leading asbestos company with a nationwide presence is now looking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Surveyor based in or around the London area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surveying and hold the P402 Qualification. Applications from Dartford, Croydon, Chelmsford, and the surrounding areas plus any candidate with a strong background in surveying looking for a development will be considered.
Qualifications & Experience- Attained the P402 asbestos certificate or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
- Experience working in a surveying role within the asbestos industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Package.
- Also interested in candidates with P401, P402, P403, P404, or S301 CCP.
- Managing a team of surveyors.
- Undertake Asbestos Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on a variety of properties including industrial and commercial.
- Building a professional working relationship with the company's mixed portfolio of clients.
- Collating and producing accurate asbestos reports as and when required.
- Liaising with clients from all levels on a regular basis, including high profile clients, dealing with issues appropriately and effectively.
